【HOST POLICIES & HOUSE RULES】
We aim to ensure every Guest has a comfortable stay by providing essential information about our Host Policies and House Rules, including details on Check-In/Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and more. For further information, please contact our friendly staff.
【BOOKING, RATES & SALES POLICIES】
✽ Rates & Taxes: All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and subject to a 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). Rates exclude prevailing government taxes. A mandatory MYR 10 Tourism Tax (TTX) is imposed per room per night for non-Malaysian guests. This tax, regulated by the Ministry of Finance and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, is collected upon check-in. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents are exempt.
✽ Rate Changes: Rates depend on your duration of stay and may change based on arrival/departure date changes. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice. Special offers may be altered or withdrawn without notice unless payment confirmation or reservation guarantee is provided.
✽ Reservation Guarantee: Payment for guaranteed reservations is charged directly to the guest’s credit card.
【BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT TERMS POLICY】
✽ Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable.
✽ Cancellation/Amendments: Once a booking is confirmed, the payment is non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.
✽ No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the full payment will be forfeited and no refund will be provided..
【CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES】
✽ Eligibility: Guests must be 18 or older to check-in and register. All guests must present a valid photo ID (NRIC for Malaysians, passport for non-Malaysians) at check-in. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
✽ Check-In: Begins at 3:00 pm. A cash deposit of MYR 250 per room per night or a valid credit card is required at check-in, along with full payment of the room and prevailing tax.
✽ Check-Out: By 12:00 noon. Late check-out requests should be made at least 24 hours prior and are subject to availability. Late check-out charges may apply.
✽ Early Departure: Payments are non-refundable for early departures.
【GENERAL POLICIES】
✽ Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping or make-up room service is provided. Guests can request room cleaning / top up amenities at the front desk; charges will apply.
✽ Concierge / Bellman / Butler service: Service is not provided.
✽ Extra Beds: Charges apply per night. RM 80. Please check with the front desk for availability. Limited availability; first come, first served.
✽ Visitors: Non-registered visitors cannot stay overnight.
✽ Food Delivery: Guests must arrange and collect deliveries at the Main Entrance, Lower Lobby.
✽ Safe Deposit Box: Located in the closet for guest use. The host is not responsible for valuables left outside the safe.
✽ Wi-Fi Services: Complimentary in all guestroom
【PROHIBITED ITEMS】
✽ Items Not Allowed: Animals, flammable/explosive materials, foul-smelling objects (e.g., Durian, Mangosteen), unregistered firearms/weapons, large objects, items related to gambling, prostitution, smuggling, illegal drugs.
✽ Host Rights: The host reserves the right to refuse entry to guests with prohibited items. Guests are liable for any loss or damage caused by such items.
【SPECIAL REQUESTS】
✽The host strives to accommodate special requests such as specific floors, room numbers, extra beds, and celebration decorations. Please notify us at least 72 hours before your arrival to check availability. Charges may apply based on the request and availability cannot be guaranteed in advance.
✽ DISABLED-FRIENDLY ROOMS: Unfortunately, disabled-friendly rooms are not available at this time. For any specific needs or inquiries, please contact our reservations at reserations@homestyle.my

✽ SWIMMING POOL: The infinity pool available for guests on Level 51.

Please check with the front desk upon check-in for the current operating hours, as they may be subject to change. Swimwear is required, and access is granted using your room key card at the designated glass entrance. For safety, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
✽ Gymnasium:
The gymnasium operates, Located on Level 51

Please check with the front desk upon check-in for the current operating hours, as they may be subject to change. Please wear fitness/sportswear and use your room key card to enter via the designated glass entrance.
✽ TRANSPORTATION: To cancel pre-arranged transportation, please provide 72-hour notice by 3.00 pm Malaysia time to avoid full rate penalties. Transportation between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am incurs a 50% surcharge.
✽ PARKING: Complimentary parking is available for guests at Level B1 & B2. Please validate your card at the front desk counter.
【HOST POLICIES】
✽ NON-SMOKING POLICY: Our rooms are entirely non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building. Guests who violate this policy may incur a minimum MYR500 fee for room recovery and cleaning costs.
✽ LOST & FOUND POLICY: The host is not liable for lost or damaged items. Found items are logged and stored for up to 6 months. Efforts will be made to contact the owner. Perishable items and toiletries are disposed of.
✽ DAMAGE POLICY: Guests are responsible for any damage to host property during their stay. Security deposit, Credit/debit cards provided at registration may be charged for repair or replacement costs. Damage discovered after departure may result in charges.
✽ ROOM CONDITION DURING CHECK-OUT: Rooms left in disorder will incur additional cleaning and administration fees.
✽ FIRE DETECTION SYSTEMS/FIRE-FIGHTING EQUIPMENT: Tampering with building fire detection equipment or fire-fighting gear may result in charges and eviction. Law enforcement may be involved in severe cases.
【SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICY】
✽ Illness and Epidemics: Guests with contagious diseases may be denied accommodation. If illness occurs during your stay, inform the Front Desk promptly. Serious cases may require treatment at a nearby healthcare facility during epidemics, with precautionary measures taken as per local authorities' guidance.
✽ Facility Use Restrictions: Certain public areas may be closed due to ongoing epidemics (like COVID-19) or weather conditions, following government directives or hotel decisions for safety. Contact management for details.
✽ Fire Safety: The building is equipped with smoke detectors, sprinklers, and emergency evacuation plans in each guest room. Refer to the evacuation map on your room's door in case of fire or other emergencies.
✽ Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy: All board members and staff uphold integrity and accountability, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws in all business activities.
✽ Privacy Policy: Guest information is used in accordance with the Privacy Statement. Guests can access, rectify, or object to their data processing as per the Privacy Statement.

✽ The host may modify terms and conditions without prior notice. It reserves the right to cancel or adjust reservations due to fraud, errors, or circumstances preventing accommodation, offering alternative arrangements at its discretion.
✽ These terms apply to bookings made directly through homestyle.my, via phone, or email. For bookings through third-party sites, refer to their terms.
